While the appointment was conducted on time, I scheduled the appointment 6 months ago for a physical. I fasted as was requested but when I got there someone had decided to change the purpose of the appointment without telling me. Now I am delayed getting my physical and have to fast again. Poor customer service in my book.

I have been with Best Med when it was Immediate Care and I loved my doctor that I had, but then with the switch to Nova Health I was placed with a different doctor who was very difficult. I even wrote a review about my disappointing experience and gave them 1 star. Since the change to Best Med, I was placed with Nicole Green and I was very nervous about another change. Ive seen Nichole 3 times now and out of the hundreds of doctors and other medical professionals Ive seen, Nichole is by far the most amazing! I have a lot of different issues with my health that a lot of doctors have just given up on me or just sent me to someone else. I hated going to the doctor for a long time because I constantly felt judged and felt like the doctor didnt care to help. With Nichole, I am actually heard and she takes everything about my medical background into consideration. She answers my questions and helps me feel like I can be apart of my health decisions along with her. I honestly cant believe I found someone that I feel confident with and can call my primary doctor. I pray there wont be a change again with doctors and she doesnt leave Best Med because its so hard to find someone like her. If shes accepting new patients, definitely do not hesitate to see her!

My appointment time was prompt. Nurse was very communicative with me. My prescription was called in immediately and I was able to pick it up same day at the pharmacy. I like the old office, curious to see what the new building is going to look like.
