Bank of America (Lobby Service Only)

Melissa is my favorite teller. She's awesome. She always calls me by Ms. Fox , very professional, but not necessary. I'm very comfortable with her and we chat during the translation, but don't hold up any line.She deserves a raise.

Ever since they close the a pasco branch, I've had to struggle. I use to do all my credit payments over with this account, now my husband wants us to close our account with them. I hate that we don't have a branch in my city. I never had a problem with this bank till now. I went in to add some new documents for my account, and all of the employees were what I thought it was a meeting, but no. They were just welcoming a new member to this branch, meanwhile this was at 10 am. And I was not the only one waiting. They had people waiting for a teller and another 3 plus me wait. I just don't know what to do. Changing banks it's hard. Hope they can bring one back to pasco, with the same employees they had, I made with acquaintances.

Iv been a long-time customer of Bank of America, but may have to rethink. The only activity I do on a regular basis at the bank is to pay my credit card bill. Im physically disabled, so I need the drive thru. In the Tri-Cities, the Pasco branch shut down their drive thru, and in Kennewick & Richland they arent ever open. Now I need my elderly Mom to go with so she can go into the bank. The last 3 times we went to the Pasco Branch it was temporarily closed. I think I need to switch my account to a bank that has an open drive thru.
