Place is fine however black lady working desk in morning is very rude and more concerned with her phone and Facebook than being nice needs costumer service training April 7,8,9. Moreover the shuttle to the VA in the morning takes the longest route to get there. There are three different routes that would be shorter and faster.

Great value. We booked three rooms and got to stay next to each other. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is on par of a 3-4 star hotel, breakfast was good but could have a better turnover time. TVs in Fitness centre is a bonus. Also like the cherry blossom trees in the back. We will come again. Rooms: Spacious room with a big couch, coffee table, 2 tvs and small kitchen area. Comfy and great value.

Stayed 2 nights with my daughter. Great hotel clean. They do charge a $100 deposit per stay(you get it back days after checking out.), $17.99 amenities fee per night and heard a $10 parking fee per night. We are locals from Federal Way just needing to get away so didn't have a vehicle. Pool was nice a little chilly but my daughter loved it. No hot tub. We were on the 3rd floor next to elevators. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at. I will be returning! Rooms: Clean no issues. Wish the television allowed access to a browser to get to other streaming services other than Netflix and YouTube. Walkability: Close to Metro bus 153 to take into Renton or in to Kent to connect to other buses to get to Seattle or Tacoma. Food & drinks: Breakfast was basic, no bacon but sausage first morning then opposite 2nd morning. Has a small general store are with candy, chips, pop, and water even beer and wine.
