        HVAC is not working. Phone dead, couldn't call for a wakeup. Also, I stayed on the 1st floor, and the phone was labeled for a room on the 3rd floor. Hanging full-length mirror was standing on the floor because a wall bracket was broken. Thin walls and a squeaking ceiling. The lady next door was on the phone for most of the night. The people upstairs were constantly walking around. Once they dropped something I thought it was going to end up in our room.
