I feel like I was walking into my own home staff was friendly and very caring I had to go to the ER and they made sure that when I came out of the ER from saying that I was taking care of just like a family member would I thank you all very much five stars.

THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE. OCT 1ST. 2022 APPROX. 1st room available to me had no TV et all no cable service. Lighting had no bulbs in two lamps of four. 2nd.) 2nd Room, No local Cable, sub-par signal, according to midnight to 3am Plumbing emergency worker, the hotel needed an up grade on all plumbing, about a $300k to $1Million over haul. SKY BRIDGES ARE A MESS, DON'T LOOK SAFE, STAIRS NEED MAJOR REPAIRS, MAYBE SOUND BUT DON'T LOOK SAFE. ON DUTY assigned MANAGEMMT was professional and dealt with several domestic situations and my exchange of room, Helped quiet domestic situation, especially one thru that 2nd night RIGHT NEXT TO ME. STILL NOT MOVED OUT AND CONT. NEXT MORNING. This overnight Mgr deserves a better property, I hope he finds one! I found another hotel with real plumbing, working cable, and quiet rooms... Sorry Ecno lodge....YOU NEED TO CLOSE AND FIX YOURSELF! GET BETTER....QUICK!
