Waited 20 minutes for someone to come unlock face soap. It would have been longer
but I flagged this young man down and he was on it. I really wish I would have gotten the young mans name that actually helped me. He didn't have the Key to the case but he found someone who did and was very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. Do better Target. I come here because I hate Walmart and am willing to pay a little more to avoid it but not if you're going to do the same thing. Walmart also makes you wait forever to buy $3 deodorant. Would be zero stars except for that employee who actually helped. Several other's walked by like "that's not my job" when I was clearly needing help and pushed the "help" button Several times. I miss Target being Target. Now it's Walmart.

This is my usual target I go to and at this point I am just done with the way they do things or i should say lack of. I feel a need to say how terrible the service here generally is. There's often next to no cashiers, their self checkout is always down 2-3 so no matter when you go here there will always be an ridiculous wait having to wait the 2 they have open. Managers and front end people never do a quick check to help ease the lines, it's honestly just disgusting how poor the customer service here is.
Just for an example the front end self checkout by Starbucks has been down for over 6 months and they haven't done anything.
