    Shady sales rep - Sidney. Told us next day over and over while we were contemplating an upgrade. Well she misrepresented the sale. Creating a problem we did not need simply so she could benefit. Then when I call to find out what is going on no one picks up. The service here is terrible. The sales rep Sidney is not professional and dressed like a slob. Wearing a hoody, no hair done, no make up, just dressed sloppy, executed the sale sloppy..I sense a theme here. Would never seek assistance at this store again. They do not tell the truth, do not dress for success and then do not answer the phone. A whole mess I did not need and we still do not know where our phones are or when they will be delivered. UPS did say there will be a delay of course. If I could give less than 0 stars I would! THE WORST!!!!

    Shady sales practices going on here. Went in for a standard handset upgrade. Got a text message the next day saying that I added P360 protection into my account. I never approved this to be added onto my account, and I was never even asked. They just added it anyways. They also never asked whether I wanted to purchase the charging block that was a separate purchase with the device I upgraded, just tossed it in there. Be careful when purchasing anything here - I'm sure they're just hoping to sneak it by without you ever noticing anything. If I didn't get a text message, I probably would have never known. They also never print out the receipt and review everything you're purchasing before you finalize the purchase. I'll be making a complaint to T-Mobile about this dealer.

    I recommend go to that one store in Tuwila South center mall if you have some real big problem (technology problem). My sim couldn't work. I have tried to put it into another phone, it still unable to be used so it probably bcz of the sim or the phone line whatever it was. They tried to give me a new sim, I appreciate. But when I came home it didn't work. I came to the store again just wanted them to check the sim or the phone line but it seem to me that they didnt want to do that and keep saying it's the phone problem, I have to go to the Apple store to check my phone. I understand it was a hard case but I expected them to at least put their effort helping customer. Tmobile pay you guys to work so please try ur best to help Tmobile user, It's not charity work though. In addition, I went to Apple store to have a check and they said there was no issue with my phone.

    I am a customer for 15 years with T mobile never had a bad service like I got in this location there was a guy and a girl there that had the worst attitude there wasn't a Manger on the side I hope they will close this location or fire the 2 of them it's a shame for T mobile to have kind of this kids serving customer
