Fry's

Fry’s is permanently closing its doors nationwide. The pandemic and subsequent electronic shortage has meant that Fry’s can no longer afford to be open. A statement has been released on their website. Visit frys.com to read this message. If you visited Fry’s in 2019 or earlier this place was a fantastic one stop shop for PC builders, hobby electronics and general consumer electronics. It’s sad to see the shelves 90% empty, with only 3 employees present and the store void of customers. Sad to see the company go as I miss shopping here for its unique environment. Best Buy doesn’t even come close the inventory Fry’s had.

This place used to be the best but now they look like they're about to close and only have 1/8 of the products they use to carry and very limited selection of name brand products.

Beats Best Buy, or at least Fry's used to beat them. I wish a Microcenter would come out here to the Seattle area because Fry's stock on computer parts is Abysmal. Fry's used to be the place to go up until 2011. After 2011 I noticed stock was dwindling. Around 2017 stock was remarkably worse, then after Christmas 2018 stock was non-existent. I'm not sure how people have come to the conclusion that Fry's was beaten by Amazon and Best Buy because Fry's beat Fry's. If there is a part you want, check the website then call ahead before trying to go to Fry's.

The last time I was in this store, there obviously out of shape and inept security guard followed me into the bathroom and pretended he was urinating in order to look over the urinal divider to see if I stole something, I am hoping at least. The selection is terrible and Customer service is completely absent. If you need some sort of electronic component I would recommend anywhere else before this place.I have two acquaintances that have had their vehicles burglarized in this parking lot.
