I am a Microsoft employee and work on main campus so having the LWHC nearby is so convenient! I had to do a same day walk-in appointment for what ultimately was a ruptured ear drum. I was seen very quickly by NP Airol and she went above and beyond what any typical PCP would even do. She was able to directly reach out to a local ENT specialist and get me an appointment when every other ENT I contacted was booking out a whole 3 months. I am extremely grateful and thankful to NP Airol for providing such good care and attention to me!

I have been here with NP Deidre and NP Julie and they are both amazing. Pharmacy always accurate and complete, great prices and attention. But specially Nicole Jones, physical therapy with her was unique and helped me recover from my ankle sprain at all. Thanks for your service!

I did not have a good experience with my Physical Therapy session. Lack of in-person training even though they have a big lab. Didnt meet my expectations.

Horrid scheduling system - was told that my appointment was confirmed a day prior to my visit and when I showed up, was told they cancelled my appointment?!? Second time this has happened and their empty apologies are perfunctory and meaningless. Training and communication are absolutely horrendous.

Their billing system is really bad. I went for an annual health exam and confirmed with the doctor and nurse multiple times to do tests only that were covered by my insurance. Even after that they sent me a 40$ bill for something they told me was covered. If they were not sure they should have asked me to check with my provider if the test would be covered or not rather than giving false information. I will not be going here again to get surprise medical bills for unnecessary tests.
