Swedish Primary Care - Redmond

I scheduled an annual check up with Dr. Le. I emailed them through the Swedish app asking that I be able to do the blood tests ahead of time so that we can discuss the results at the appointment. No one answered me even though the app shows the message was read. I then arrived 15 minutes ahead of time. I was the first appointment of the day. Nurse took my vitals and said she would let the doctor know I was ready. 25 minutes later, still waiting, I stepped out to ask when I could expect to be seen. I think found out that the doctor had not even arrived to the office yet! I got dressed and decided to leave. Half an hour after my scheduled time, the doctor showed up . I had work and did not want to start so late. Had this been in reverse, I would have lost my spot and would be charged by insurance for the appointment. Complete disrespect of patients and their time. I will be switching doctors.

It took 6 weeks to get appointment. They refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late. They said they would text reminder and never did, but they did email a 8 page questionnaire. Very, very unprofessional, with that kind of initial service imagine what the care is like.

The hospital is great but the staff who works the labs and blood draws are lazy and complain constantly about work in front of other patients. I have been coming here for a while now but this is the last time. This makes 3 separate times they have closed early and refused to serve anyone who shows up after they closed before 3pm this is highly unacceptable from a professional point of veiw. One other timeI was spoken at very rudely and they had closed 30 min before because as The Professional put I dont have time for you, try tomorrow. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Patients health care is at risk because they don't care enough to do the job.

They are all so helpful!!!! quick and the place to get your blood drawn is amazing with convient times the doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful! Dr. Han helped fix my medication and found things other doctors missed! AMAZING
