        Were so lucky to have Gentle Dental right here in Redmond. The facility is modern and everything and everyone there are outstanding! Dr Zainvi and her staff are caring, professional and just really great all around.

        Got my x rays, scheduled for a deep cleaning. Was told my appointment was on thursday and even screenshotted the text. Was not told what my copay would be. Get in, appointment was on wednesday, surprise 95 dollar co pay. 50 dollar late fee with no chance of reschedule, and my insurance runs out tomorrow. Terrible business practices, communication, and overall trying to rush me to schedule procedures without telling me costs.
