I called with a tooth ache that was awful. They told me to come on in that sameday! They got me taken care of and worked with my insurance so I barely paid anything! Highly recommend them.

My experience at Smile Artistry dental office was wonderful. I went in for my first cleaning appointment, as well as concerns with my gums as a new patient, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were very thorough on explaining the whole process, and did a great job cleaning my teeth, as well as using a laser instrument, to help restore some of my gum tissue, which previously I was not aware of such technology. Im happy to have found Smile Artistry.

The payment process is very scammy. They quoted me on an operation and claimed that it's not covered by insurance and asked that I pay upfront. Then a month later I got paperwork from my insurance saying that they filed the claim and insurance also paid them for that operation. Without paper from my insurance I would not know they double dipped. It's been 3 months since and they have yet refunded me. Aside from this, they also do stuff to you that isn't covered by insurance without asking and then ask you to pay for it out of pocket afterwards.

As of December 2023 there is a new doctor and a new team and they are wonderful! The practice is clean and welcoming. They provided me with accurate quotes before my treatment, they even verified what my insurance excepted to cover. Dr. Galohda genuinely cares for her patients and their health. I didn't feel like I was getting upsold on anything or that I was being sold snake oil. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and caring dentist this is where you need to be!
