Let me start by saying that the people who work here are the real stars. Ylana, who helped us with the viewing and application process, is just amazing. Shes always upbeat, knows her stuff, and really pays attention to the details. Her ability to connect with people played a role in our decision to go with this apartment over others in the area. And guess what? About a month and a half after we moved in I went down to get some packages. She saw me and remembered not only my name, but also our cats name a month and a half after we moved in! She even checked in to see how we were settling into our new place. Its really cool to have people like that around. Now, about the apartment. My girlfriend and I have been living here for a couple of months now, and its been great. Our place is super clean, modern, and has tons of storage space. We found a 2-bedroom with a balcony that has a killer view of Bell Marymoor Park. We had some small maintenance requests which were answered promptly. The maintenance guys are always happy to help. There are loads of trails around here which are perfect for a walk in the park, spotting some wildlife, or even biking. You also are relatively close to the amazing nature pulls of Washington. There are a bunch of amenities here. Our two favorites are the networking room where we can have our morning meetings or print stuff, and the beautiful rooftop terrace. The mailroom has Amazon lockers for your packages which helps keeps things pretty organized. The gym, while comprehensive for an apartment complex, can become crowded during peak hours. Overall, glad we ended up going with this apartment. Truly has everything we needed.

My partner and I lived at Bell Marymoor Park for a year. Throughout the year, our living experience has been superb. First of all, the staff at Bell Mary are exceptional. Everybody from the property management staff to the maintanence staff have been so welcoming and responsive. At our last apartment, we would have waited 3 months to get a maintenance request fulfilled or try really hard to communicate with our property management staff. Here, our maintenance requests are fulfilled on the same day, if we had questions, the staff was always available downstairs or available through e-mail. The staff has truly played a huge part in our stay here. Thank you so much Savanna, Ylana, and Mathew. Secondly, the units themselves make great use of the tall ceilings and vertical space. We lived in a Studio and had plenty of room for our belongings. I appreciate how well-planned this space was! Thirdly, the units themselves were close to Marymoor Park - which is our dogs favorite dog park and my favorite area to go on runs. In addition, it was very close to supermarkets like Fred Meyers, Costco, and Target, and the freeway - which made it an ideal living space. Lastly, I loved how the staff also included monthly newsletters that included community and regional events in the area. It made it really easy for us to integrate with the overall city. I wish there was a Bell-managed property where we were moving to because it would be our top choice for apartments to live in. Bell Marymoor Park has truly set a high bar for other future living accommodations we consider! Couldn't rave enough about this place!
