        Dropped off an Amazon return, I didn't get a receipt and my package completely disappeared. Created a huge issue for getting my refund. If you drop off, have them scan it in front of you and get your receipt.

        I have visited this location only once to drop of a prepaid return package. There wasn't much signage of where customers should park or where to enter. It was deserted around a warehouse building tha was fenced in chainlink. I called out and no one came out. I found a turnstyle in the chainlink fence and had to hold onto a bulky package going thru that, knock on a metal door that someone opened who looked puzzled to see me. They took my package and went inside, no receipt. Won't try that again. The 800 number was no help and only had many options except automated voice.
