Dog wash Self Service

I went to the dog wash, took my dog inside, paid almost $9 to get to spray my dog down with plain water.. no soap no conditioner absolutely nothing but water and the whole time the nozzle was not attached right it was spraying water all over me. When I was done my dog just smelled like wet dog and I was soaked with water. Ive sent a chat message 2 times and just got ignored. I also went to the pearl coffee place because the owner of the coffee shop also owns the dog wash and I told someone there about the issue and I was told to leave my number and someone would get ahold of me, and no has has ever reached out to fix this issue at all

Horrendous. Unclean. No garbage. Extremely hot inside even though it was a mild upper 60's day. Exhaust fan barely worked. No water pressure (and the sprayer sprayed of of where it connects to the hose right at you). I suggest finding anywhere else than go here.

Won't go there again too much money for what you get cost me 10 bucks because there was no water pressure to rinse the shampoo off and the place I normally go has towels and higher sides on the tub because the water pressure was so bad I didn't have time to blow dry him so just had to put him in the car wet and was kind of dirty
