        the groomers are hacks. They left cuts on our family pet and blamed it on our pet. Canceled on us four time in a year the same day (within an hour of our appointment). They expect if you cancel with in 24 hours you are charged a $65 fee. Manager is completely dishonest and a hypocrite to expect us to pay if we miss an appointment, but nothing if they cancel on our way to the actual appointment..

        We've been using Blylee's since they took over the grooming at our vet on Sandifur, in the beginning we had no problems but the last 2 times were not a good experience. And now our 4 pound puppy cost $80.00 which is a bit expensive. Bye-bye Blylee's
