Worts place to get anything done in your car, this used to be my place of preference to get my oil change and tires but now every time I go they do something wrong to my car like not even put the oil lid back on and made a mess in my car and didnt even apologize for it. If you need an oil change go to the Kennewick location they are always friendly and do a great work. Do not go to Pasco , if I could give it zero stars I would.

Great customer service and tire services, cant complain. Tires feel great, no more shaking and I can actually feel them grip the road. Thanks to Alberto or Alex cant remember the name and all the other guys that did a great job.

Not great experience this time around... ordered for delivery... and the driver canceled the order... Maybe because it was a car battery and heavy? Not sure... but not happy... When I called they told me what the driver had done, and that the store was "looking of another driver"... they said that right after saying the first driver canceled the order... ????? WTAF... If actually shopping in that department in person I imagine it is fine... this review is more a reflection on the extreme unprofessional, lying customer service and delivery service.
