We had Panchos put a new furnace in our home in 2018,and they were very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them. 11/29/2023 Our furnace was blowing a bad smell so I called Panchos at 7am this morning, 28 degrees outside and slick roads. Eric was here at 10am, found the problem and by chance had grabbed the right part before he left Panchos to come fix our furnace. They are awesome people and we live 64 miles from them and with the cold slick roads Eric came and was able to put the new part in and now we are warm and cozy. Thank you Panchos for taking the time to help us.

Panchos is the best! Great prices and they are so friendly. They show up on time, very informative and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend them if you have any issues with heating.

Panchos has always been a pleasure to use. If the office staff doesn't know something, they will find out and give you a call back unlike other places in the Tri-Cities. Technicians have always been on time and professional. Most the time Panchos have been able to schedule same-day service. Pricing is fair, and they are not afraid to tackle on any job.
