Called because a random part on our AC had died. They came out checked it over told us what the problem was broke down the cost and were able to get the part in super fast. Came in and installed it on one of the hottest days of the summer. 140 degrees in our hvac area and they were able to get us up and running super fast.

All Assured Heating & Air was able to take care of us same day. On the dot on time. Quick diagnosis, good explanation of the problem / cause and cost associated. Fast repair. Very personable and polite. They have my business from here out.

I HAVE EDITED MY ORIGINAL BELOW..... MY FISRT REVIEW 5 Stars NEW REVIEW 0 STARS I have a issue with my system this morning with a error code coming up on my thermostat. I called All Assured very early this morning and left my contact info. All Assured called me back so promptly I was so pleased. Appointment was set. I will edit my review soon and include all of my service experience. SECOND REVIEW. Took my...... Money and DISAPPEARED...... I'm not here to call out names or write bad reviews, Look at my reviews and you will see that...But...I believe ALL ASSURED HEATING / AIR may have did me WRONG...100.00 dollars wrong...2 years ago I had had a Technician come out and inspect my heating and air unit for a fee right around a $100, well he could not figure it out after blowing off a couple items and wiggling a few wires wink wink......The Technician said....Maybe it's under warranty, let me check that out and I will get back to you, well it's been a long time...2 yrs ....you ask why did I wait so long? Well it was for my GOD Father and I thought maybe they finished the service while I was away, we all were busy these past couple years, So I was talking to him and he told me Nobody came to fix it so he runs a heater in the Winter time......I was furious but bit my tongue....Not one attempt at contacting me...This is a problem not with the company but with the Technician.
