Nice car, good service good value. Windows were dirty on inside, and car was a bit dusty outside.

worst rental experience ever. was charged for damages to the car that were not even on it. charges me a total of $1387.35 for a one day car rental and cant even explain the charges to me. charged me 135.00 to top off a half full gas tank claiming they put 19 gal in when the whole fuel tank only holds 19 gals. the car itself was in great shape and i returned it needing only a vacuuming at the most. crooks would not recommend them i feel like they are the most dishonest business i have ever dealt with. $1400.00 ? I could have purchased a used car for that rate. Crooks and liars do yourself a favor and just dont. I never would have imagined being fleeced the way this business has done me so far.

Required to pay additional fee because we choose not to carry credit cards. We presented a debit card with sufficient deposits in place to cover our rental and more. Hertz and Enterprise both refused to deal with us outright. Avis required a hearty fee. We felt kind of hijacked, in a strange town and needing a rental car, due to an emergency repair needed on our truck. Then they stuck us again when we needed to drive the rental car to Portland.
