Avis Car Rental

Josh is the best! I originally was confirmed to rent from Enterprise (Tri-Cities Airport). When I went up to the Enterprise counter they looked up my name and confirmation number and said they ran out of cars and to go check down at Avis or Hertz. I went down to the Avis counter and Josh greeted me friendly and told me he would definitely do his best to help me when I explained my situation from Enterprise! He was so helpful and super informative! He truly made my car rental experience in the Tri-Cities area 100% better!

I got the worst customer service from Dave, unhelpful and rude, he didn't even give me room to speak and he was unreasonable when I asked about other vehicles in the lot. Carlos was helpful and very friendly but Dave wouldn't allow him to speak. Unbelievable!

The only kiosk in the airport that will accept debit cards as a form of payment - but theyll run a credit check on you (didnt get counted as a hard hit, but STILL). You will have a $200 hold on top of the rental itself. Upgraded to a diff. vehicle and they made the change for me. The new vehicle I was given wound up having the check engine light on so I hard to turn back and get it exchanged but they made it easy. Cody at the front desk was super kind the entire time, that man needs a raise.

Customer service is good and good vehicles. My first time driving a hybrid learned a lot about them while driving the 2023 jeep wrangler 4xE. very nice ride!!

Customer service at the counter was awesome both pickup and drop off. However, if you rent a car with keysense be sure to check if it has a pin established before leaving. The van we rented had keysense activated and van was limited to 65 and stereo volume was set so low you couldnt hear gps directions or music. When I called about this no one had an answer and the only way to reset it is take it to the dealer. Dealer wont reset it if you are not the registered owner. This is why I rate it a 3.
