I had a great experience with Austin purchasing my new bobcat compact tractor. He even helped me sell my old tractor first. Great guy, excellent service. Then when I couldn't get my PTO to work properly he took a call at 9:00 PM to walk me through the connection process to make sure everything worked properly on the posthole digger. Excellent service!

Cannot praise the dealership, and buying experience enough Austin was great and upsold me to the tractor I really wanted. Drove down to buy a sub compact CT1025. Ended up getting the CT2540 and if you have open land get the cab model! Austin is overly helpful and responsive, email or voicemail guarantees you a reply. Mechanic in Yakima County is the best and also very informative. I plan on buying additional models as I have substantial acreage and love me a white tractor.

We took our bobcat in to get a couple of seals replaced. They had it for a week and did NOT touch it. Charged us $635.00 for shop time!!! He said that they looked at a light that wasnt working, when we dropped it off we told them not to touch the light we were fixing that. Had to pay to get it and take it somewhere else to get the seals replaced. We will NEVER do business with this place again!! We are turning them into the better business bureau too.
