Petty was amazing she was so flexible with me I had just had surgery and she made sure to make time for me when I could come in. When I did go in she was on top of it, she was very knowledgeable on all the flooring. And was quick to help me get all my samples I needed to take home to see what looked best, she even loved then in my car. When I picked out my flooring all I had to do was call her and give her Measurements and she got it all ready for my contractor to pick up. If I could give her a higher rating I would. She was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Petty as your go to girl at this establishment.

We just bought our home and needed to redo our floors. We met with Petty. Shes was amazing!! Extremely knowledgeable and we never once felt pressured. She truly cared about our needs. We are very indecisive and she was able to provide us with some clarity and comfort as we navigated through this process. I highly recommend anyone looking for flooring to stop by and meet with Petty.

Great service and prices. Always willing to take time with you whether it's a whole house of carpet or only one room. I appreciate the options of value as well as luxury, they have it all covered. Their subcontractors are fairly priced and prompt as well. Thank you!!

Petty at the Pasco location is great service and a friendly smile every time. I try not to go in late to places because we all wanna go home but I especially love it when I do have to and the customer service is still killer! Thank you Petty!
