RediCab Olympia Taxi

Worst taxi company of all time. I got hit by a truck today on my bicycle. I went to the hospital. I had a voucher from hospital that said that they could give me a ride home. I asked the taxi driver if I could go get some food for dinner. She said it was ok. I come out the store. She took off with all my stuff in her back seat of her car. Than I call dispatch voice mail is full. He accused me of taking advantage of her and said I hitting on her. This taxi company is sick and twisted. Where the compassion for people with disabilities. I just got hit by a car. I was just trying to eat like everyone else. I can't believe you run a business like this. I hope karma catches up to you people and you get what is coming to you. This is really unprofessional and no one needs to give these people your hard earned money. They are a joke.

I would recommend not using Redicab of Olympia! They do not know the meaning of customer service! The driver Jacob was rude, arrogant and over all full of himself! Worst yet when I called to speak to the dispatcher/ supervisor I again got flipped off! I am a disabled person who was just trying to get to a doctors appointment! They do not care! Dont use this business Redicab Your explanation does not hold water! I at no time said I had permission to set in the front seat! If you truly listen to the so called recording? I said I had sat in the front seat many times prior! Learn what customer service is! It is not leaving a handicapped individual stranded! Your driver was rude and Condescending to not only myself but also to my wife! I just responded in kind! Karma will bite you in your pocket book! Is this the way you care for handicapped persons? Your driver never once attempted to explain or justify his behavior or company policies!
