        Had to wait a whole week extra for a piece that they said would take two days to come in. Only upon my request they said they would discount the vest 15%. Still rating three stars bc they were nice.

        Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. The man who helped us couldnt get us out there quick enough. Very unhelpful with the groom and didnt listen to anything he was saying. Wish we could go somewhere else but with groomsmen at different states this is our best option. Ive never had such a bad experience here. I hope other people will have a better experience and will be listened to as the customer. But I dont recommend coming here if you dont have to.

        Ive had mixed experiences with Mens Wearhouse in the past, but my recent visit to the Olympia location for a custom suit fitting was outstanding. Will, whos clearly seasoned in custom suit sizing, provided top-notch assistance, effortlessly resolving an issue that had stumped other locations. Despite living quite a distance away, Ill definitely be returning to work with Will again. Much appreciated!
