I love the wedding dress I found but the customer service was very poor. We were rushed thru the appointment until my mom spoke up & asked if we needed to leave & schedule another appointment. They said of course not but then girl helping us had another appointment & basically left us by ourselves. My sister ended up finding the dress I chose. When I called to check on my dress, they couldn't find the order. And to top it off, the girls working when I picked it up were unprofessional & slightly rude. Wouldn't recommend.

I went to my first appointment on September 17th and worked with two lovely ladies who helped me find a beautiful dress! I tried on close to 10 different dress!
A few days later I was spending time with a friend and we realized that we both had picked the same dress, since I hadn't paid for mine yet, I immediately went in the next day to set up a NEW appointment.
When I went back for my second appointment they helped me find a new dress and did not make me feel stupid at all for wanting to switch! They were fantastic!
