Terri Terrano and her team did an excellent job on the mitigation caused by a water leak. They were professional in every way and we could not have been more pleased.

Before I get too far away from my experience with Fischer Restoration (AKA the former Fischer Plumbing), I have to say that it is not often that one has an experience like we just lived through, not once but twice this year. Instead of stress, ever-increasing costs, long delays and never really being sure what's going on, the folks at Fischer have done something amazing: they are giving this old gal the gift of trust, good work, fairness when a mistake is made, and the confidence to believe in professional contractors. I had a frozen pipe burst, then decided I could no longer live with a shower head that barely released enough water to rinse a head of hair and had Fischer work on my bathroom (house built in 1907, gulp!). After fixing the pipes that froze, they fixed the shower head and sink flow it had never seen. Perfect. The next morning, however, the ceiling downstairs starting gushing from pipes not secured well. The story from there -- instead of being tears and expensive fears -- was a mini-documentary of how things can go right and make one again believe in people, professionals and a terrific home staff who kept things under control and stayed in contact with us through it all. I cannot recommend them enough. Most of all, when anything happens that seems like a home repair disaster, I am not alone: I can have the security and stability that I have someone to call that can fix what I need in timely and as cost-effective as anyone in town. We had several different teams of Fischer-dispatched pro's for different parts of the adventure -- all professional and never condescending. A true, stressless job well done! The quality of their work is great. Their work team knows what they are doing. After-project clean up is thorough. Their customer contact have been responsive and prompt.
