All Kleen Carpet Cleaning

My apartment recently had a bit of flooding due to a neighbor's broken washing machine. My building management called in this business and they did a great job. They came in quickly and sucked up all the standing water and left me a dehumidifier and a bunch of industrial fans. The technician Casey (I think that was his name) was thorough and came back to pick up the equipment exactly when he said he would. You can't really ask for more in an emergency situation.

Roderick was great- timely, nice, and did an amazing job returning our carpets to look like new! Great work and we'll be having you back soon to do the upstairs! Casey the owner knows how to run an efficient and well respected business. I'll be referring All Kleen to anyone I know who needs carpets cleaned. November 2020- just had Eddie out- he did our space downstairs and the Airbnb upstairs- the carpets look so clean- we didn't even know they were dirty and the house looks great. Thanks guys!

All Kleen is great! The techs that come out are friendly and professional and the office staff is also great. They remember us when we call in and they have really flexible availability. Their pricing is in line with the quality of their services. We use them in our community apartment homes and also at our personal homes. They have transformed some really damaged and dirty carpet into something that looks almost new. So thankful to be an All Kleen customer! We have used this company more than once for carpet cleaning. Giving 3 stars, instead of 5. Each cleaning has been done well and with good quality, however, they have never come at the scheduled time. They have always come late. This becomes an issue when we are not supposed to walk on our carpets for a certain length of time... for example.. we had a cleaning scheduled for before noon, so that we could be home at 6pm after work and be able to gently walk in the house. However, they did not arrive until almost 4pm, so when we returned from work at 6pm, our carpets were still soaked and we could not walk on them. While I am aware carpets take longer than 6 hours to dry, the difference in dry is spectacular when you have a 6 hour drying window and a 2 hour drying window... We had to leave the house for hours until we could return. This might not have happened if they were on time.
