Went to Urgent Care for pelvic pain, and unfortunately Dr. Arnold wasn't able to do any testing as they were right at closing hours. He expressed thoroughly that I should go to the ED, and I told him the reasons I didn't want to go. He sympathized with me, and gave me time to think about it as he sent my orders to the ED. I wasn't going to go, but he truly did make me feel this was important. I went, ended up having emergency surgery at 9pm and had to stay overnight. I honestly wouldn't have went if he didn't take the time to hear me out, and talk me through. I'm very grateful for my experience.

Dr. Arnold was on his game when I went to urgent care. He knew exactly what to do and he got it done. I appreciate that he was sincere and caring. I find these attributes refreshing in a world full of burned out and over stretched providers. Thank you Dr. Arnold for your professionalism and support. Bravo Zulu!

Thank you Dr Aron and your staff for taking such good care of me. You all did a wonderful job. Unfortunately I have not learned anymore then when I left the Clinic last night.
