Doesnt even make sense how good the customer service is. Never once messed up and order. Flawless. Whoever the night crew is, you guys are dope.

Best experience by far that Ive had from McDonalds! Food was amazing, order was right, and whoever took my order tonight @ 8:07pm with the braid in her hair was AMAZING! so kind & friendly. Definitely reccomend!

Drive thru experience is the WORST! On several occasions I have shown up when the drive thru line is empty and NO ONE helps me. Another car will show up in the other lane and immediately they are helped. I would understand if it was busy but at 5:00-5:30 am, there is no excuse. I have had to speak out Good morning in order to get someone to help. I was told the outside lane was covered by the employee who also takes payments so I tried the inside lane to avoid being ignored but this morningit happened AGAIN!! I always order using the mobile app which is fantastic but the Drive Thru experience is HORRIBLE.

So. I dont want to pick on the staff or food. All of this was good.
Stupid decision alert:
Either the corporation or tightwad franchise owner has removed the ability to get and refill your own drink. Yep. No fountains. Have to bug a counterperson for drinks and refill. What the heck?
I like to stand up and grab my own refills, its not a huge deal but what the heck?
Stupid.
