Lexar was fantastic! True professionals, their team was great to work with. They were available anytime I had questions. They have great contractors. Jeremy was great always going above and beyond. The house turned out wonderful! We love it. They helped with color schemes and gave great advice when it came to the finishings like cabinet knobs. It was everything we wanted. Literally had no issues or conflicts with the Lexar team. They kept a pretty tight schedule and met all their deadlines. We absolutely would recommend them. -John

We had the most incredible experience with Lexar. Our custom home is beyond all of our expectations and Lexar made that happen. They gave top tier service at every stage of the process. They recommended perfect contractors for our site prep, gave wonderful suggestions as we picked out our layout, communicated well throughout the build, were responsive and supportive when we needed changes, and took pride in their work. You know a builder is amazing when they are pointing out more things to be fixed on the final walk through than you are!

We have spent the last 27 months building a beautiful home and a wonderful relationship with Tracy and her team at Lexar Homes of Snohomish. While building a home can be wild at times, Tracy and her team smoothed the ups and downs with competency and a sense of humor to make it manageable for us. They are all such amazing pros! Tracy answers every question quickly with gentle professionalism and depth of knowledge. Shes a fabulous communicator. We truly appreciated her commitment to regular communication with us, as well as answering any questions we had at any time along the way. We were building during COVID, so of course we faced hiccups. With Team Lexar and Tracy at the helm, however, we worked together through them all and have a wonderful home as a result. Everyone on the Lexar Snohomish team did their best to ensure our satisfaction. Wed gladly work with them again! Lexar Homes of Snohomish built us the beautiful home wed hoped and asked for. Our Lexar home has quiet floors, lovely finishes, triple pane windows, and heat pump. We chose the right team in Lexar Snohomish to build it for us.
