Douglas, sales officer, provided excellent customer service. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure me and my wife had a very smooth experience so far. Very hopeful to have similar experience throughout the construction and handover process.

Our experience have been excellent with the KB Home building process. Pre-construction walkthroughs, design studios and receiving weekly updates throughout the process makes me feel involved and valued as a future homeowner. Highly recommend Douglas Gordon (Sales Rep) with his expertise and is exceptional in what he does in this field. Always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate everyone. Thanks to Susan, Laura, Ron and the rest of the KB Home team for building such a great community.

*Updated* Weve recently closed on our home. Overall we had a great experience. Details: Sales: Doug is our sales rep, hes been fantastic throughout the process. His customer service and knowledge are impressive. Design studio: We primarily worked with Elizabeth. Shes been very helpful and patient in answering all our questions. We attended one of the design studio public events, that immensely helped us in choosing our upgrades and budget well before we signed the contract. KBHS: Sarah is our loan officer and Nicole is our loan processor. We are happy with them and feel theyve done everything in their power to make the overall process smooth. But it seems like there are some processes in place within KBHS which are out of the their control that could use some tweaking. Pre drywall: Our appointment with Ronn was very informative. He explained all the details and answered all our questions with patience, and we had a lot of questions as first time home buyers. NHO/Final Sign off: Dan and Hugo are again impressive with their customer service. During our NHO, Dan was identifying all the minor things needed to be fixed that we didnt even notice. Hugo, on our closing day made sure all the things identified during NHO were corrected, also stopped by soon after to fix minor items weve noticed. Now after a week, they are responding quickly to minor fixes we need and/or taking a note to send someone in to fix the issue. Will update my review again at end of 1 year warranty time period.

We are new home buyers with KB in the early stage of our build. So far we have had excellent service with Doug, our sales rep. He gives us weekly updates and is quick to respond with any questions we have. Our design center experience with Elizabeth was great as well. We just met with our Superintendent, Ron and we feel confident he will oversee our build well with all of his experience and expertise in the field. We will give an update further in our process but so far everything has been great!
