Eddie is truly the best. We have closed on three properties in Seattle and I wish we had used Eddie for all of them! We will never go anywhere else. He seemed to be available 24/7 -- personally attending to every detail, available and advocating for us. I cannot say enough good things about him!

Purchasing a home for the second time with Eddie and everyone enjoyed working with Eddie both times! Even the listing agents and escrow both times raved about Eddie's communication and speed. This second purchase, most of them didn't even know he was on an overseas trip too! I highly recommend Eddie because of the preparation he goes through, the diligent searching for the right loan product before and after going under contract, and the amazing communication that continues all the way through closing and not in the beginning.
