Roundpoint Mortgage is the absolute worst mortgage company of our lifetimes. Next to impossible to reach a customer service representative. Their phone system is limited & repeats itself without giving option for return call. Occasionally the IVR will state there are 583 calls ahead of you & enter number for return call. Customer service employees lack professionalism & painfully apparent they lack training. Many times the representatives are off shore. Roundpoint refuses to transfer the call to the escrow department insisting they are trained to service then error after error after error concerning escrow funds. Roundpoint website requires a new password every 90 days . Seriously ??? If the interest rate werent double or more wed happily spend the money to refinance to leave this horrid mortgage company. This is the 2nd time one of our home mortgages has been sold to Roundpoint in the last 6 years .

They take money out of your bank account without authorization. They have horrible customer service.

I have had this mortgage company for 3 months. I've sent my payment 7 days before the due date each month and each time I have received my next billing statement indicating I am a payment behind. I have called each time and am told they didn't post my payment until the 7th of the month...claiming they post checks 24 hrs. after receipt. The mail can be slow, but not to the extent they claim. I did not choose this mortgage company...my lender transferred the loan therefore I am stuck with them . Beware...read their reviews!

Horrible customer service. Ive mailed several times requesting auto pay setup. Nothing. I get a call to pay mortgage over the phone. They say to go online to pay. There is NO OPTION TO PAY ONLINE!! I just spent the only 45 minutes of free time I had today spinning my wheels trying to make a stupid mortgage payment. I hate you, Roundpoint!!!
