Arc Watch Works & Engraving

Called ahead and went in to take a look at straps for a Seiko I'd recently purchased and even though purchased a "value" strap, never felt pressured into the more expensive ones. Really appreciated the great care and attention I received (store wasn't busy, so that helped me think through various options and not be rushed either). Was shown watches I liked and wanted to try on. I wasn't ready for a purchase yet but really liked the overall attitude of everyone at the store. Will definitely be a returning customer even though they're 40mins away. Pricing was very reasonable but customer care was amazing compared to what I've experienced at higher end and other Swiss watch ADs.

Have had work done on difficult watch bands; once for custom rebuild and once for repair. They've been great to deal with and pricing was very fair.

I was gifted a very unique Russian Poljot mechanical chronograph many years ago. It had eventually quit working, and although I came across a replacement movement, I never took it any further. This month, I brought the watch and movement to Sam and Farida, and received outstanding work and customer service. Now I want to wear it every day!

This place is great. I was able to restore a very old poket watch with them. Depending on what needs to be done, it may take a while. Mine took 3 months, but the finished product was well worth the wait. Great customer service and a wonderful in store collection.
