My daughter needed help in a dressing room but didn't want to come out because she was given a room with a door across the entrance to the store. The store employee said I wasn't allowed to go in with her. What a dumb policy that only one person can be in a dressing room at a time. We left.

Worst customer service! Primitive return policies. Came here for a return and experienced the least helpful staff who refused to accept the return inspite of the tags on the tshirts and everything in the original packaging along with an email confirmation of the order. The staff refused to accept the return without a paper receipt !! No store ever has requested for a paper receipt .
Never again buying from Aeropostale.

Overall good experience. Very good staff they look after you very well and prices are good for the most of the clothing.

My spouse ordered shorts online; they didnt fit so she attempted to return them to the store. She was told that because she paid through PayPal, a return wasnt possible; only store credit. Thats ridiculous and poor customer service. Probably something that should be a disclaimer before offering that payment option
