I am very frustrated with a recent purchase. I purchased a pair of shorts from this store, which is not close to my house. I came home to wear them and realized that the lady checking me out did not remove the security tag on the shorts. I had to drive all the way back the next day to have it removed and asked if I would be compensated for having to spend time and expensive gas money to get the tag removed that shouldnt have been there in the first place after I had purchased it. The cashier who removed the tag said I could not be compensated, even though it was their mistake. When I first bought the shorts, the cashier seemed very rushed and clearly was not thorough enough to see that it had a security tag.

This store is not the store it was before. A young Asian teenager was not helpful when I asked her if a current pair of black high waist stretch skinny jeans were still available. She was a bit rude and not helpful. Furthermore, dressed inappropriately wearing a shirt that was barely covering the bottom of her bra line and showing too much cleavage. Men and children go to this store. I went here with my partner and was not happy about the dress code and service they have. I will not be returning.
