I was dubious when I found out it was a little booth in Alderwood mall, but IDesign surpassed my expectations. They were competitively priced and turned around the repair on a Saturday night. Will absolutely go back for any additional cell phone work!

This place is bogus. I brought my phone in for water damage repairs on the screen. I saw the affordable prices and high ratings and thought it was legit, but the repair job was terrible. 1. The screen was improperly installed and popped out of the case. 2. The screen itself was apparently a cheap knockoff that suffered from a dark blue filter and grainy resolution. When I took it into the nearby Apple store for examination there was a significant difference between two identical models. 3. The screen brightening options were also messed up and it was only about half as bright as the original. 4. The battery began to run abnormally hot and the charge was affected. 5. Upon examination at the Apple store this repair job actually ended up bricking my phone, though thankfully Apple was willing to replace the entire phone for no extra charge. 6. When I attempted to get a refund on the screen protector or at the very least the removable screen case I bought with the "repair" the associate refused to provide any sort of refund. Conclusion: This store peddles low quality repairs that are similarly priced to that of authorized dealers. The "repairs" run a serious risk of damaging your phone. As an employee working out of the mall area, I would highly advise against this shop. I wasted nearly $130 dollars for a shoddy repair job that destroyed my phone.

Great customer service. Got my iPhone X fixed within 15 minutes and prices were a lot lower then other repair shops around the mall and their work was good. Watched them fix my phone the entire time and they didnt miss a thing!

This was the worst customer service and the work they done on my tablet was even worse i went in there because my tablet would not charge so they sent it out to have it repaired it cost me $112.00 dollars and lasted 3 months and two weeks, so i took it b.ack in same problem would not charge. It must of been 11 am there was a note on the desk said he was on 10 minute break and the mall only had been open 1 hour anyways said he would be back in 10 minutes i waited and waited the vendor that worked beside him told me i should just call because they take forever coming back so i called and it took the guy another 5 minutes to get to the booth so in total i waited 15 minutes for this kid to tell me he wouldn't fix it after it was already broken again. I could pay another $112.00 if i wanted them to fix again but you would have to be crazy for them to have any work done on anything you own. I will tell all my family friends anyone who will listen about this place.
