Family Health Center 14th Ave

Their clinic is great, however I see that their GPS needs to be updated. I tryed calling to talk to someone about canceling my appointment but they said they were closed. So I'LL have to call Tuesday instead. So idk maybe they r closed early because of covid 19 or maybe cuz they just decided to change their hours. But don't bother calling sat,sun,mon,they are closed. So yes it this clinics hours needs to be updated. Other then that their great.

Worst place I've ever been to receive care. They are the rudest bunch in the Longview area, avoid at all costs!!

They NEVER answer the phone . They will send you to voicemail and NEVER return your call ! Called to get an appointment for refill and said I was completely out . Scheduled me for 2 weeks out ! Finally got a refill when I said I was having withdrawals! Then the refill wasnt even my normal doses ! Literally less than half my normal doses .
