Doctor is great. Rest of staff come across rude and uncaring

I called to make a gynecologist appointment and the receptionist seemed confused when I said I need an IUD replacement, that was the first red flag. Then she asked my name, date of birth, okay cool. Next she wanted my SSN. I was like why do you need that? She said to make sure we dont make a duplicate account and I said is name and date of birth not enough and she replied, this is just what we do. I hate to think theyre phishing when I called them. But why dont they ask for health insurance info before SSN? They didnt even ask me about my insurance, which is Medicaid and some places dont take it, so that shouldve been her first question. Since I couldnt get her to stop pushing for SSN I just hung up.

I definitely had one of the worst times with this place. They don't know how to communicate within there company and do not know how to communicate with there patients. I'm very unhappy with my experience if it wasn't for me legit about to have this baby I would be switching doctor's but it not in my baby best interest. I would not recommend this place to really anyone.

What kind and personable staff, The Doctor was amazing and very soft truly cared about how you felt and very attentive.

I got my appt. quickly. Front office weren't overly friendly but very professional. I didn't wait very long in the waiting room or for the Dr in the exam room. The Dr listened to my concerns, ran some text, did an exam & referred me out to a specialist. About 2yrs later took my teenage daughter in. They where very nice, talk to her, listened to her & eased her mind. We are very happy with the staff & services.
