I had the BEST experience from Mercurio's today! The technician, Charles, was on time, very knowledgeable and , extremely helpful with my heat pump service, mind you I haven't had it serviced in 5 years. He instructed me on how I can prevent most problems in the future and I realized that I will be get the pump serviced annually, (take it from me. You don't want the "Fecal Matter to Impact the Impeller" and have to make an after hours call or brave the COLD in your own home. I am glad I made the call and I also realized that I should have done it way sooner. Mercurio's is great and Charles is the BEST! THANK YOU CHARLES for doing such a find job. "Let there be heat, and there is HEAT!"
