For having other family members go here, we didn't have the greatest experience when it came to the passing of my mother. Paid for cremation many days ahead of arrival in Washington, get there with no updates prior to, only to find out mom has yet to be cremated and "Brian" never dropped off or he misplaced death certs. Savanah was nice enough to go them directly from Health dept, but it caused a delay in our purpose there. All of sudden mom was next to be cremated. After picking her remains up, we were provided with an additional set of death certs. I strongly believe my mom slipped through the cracks as to why I never had a follow up leading to my arrival. I then followed up with an email asking if there was anything (keys) on my mom at time of cremation. No response. Was quick to take my money, but not great on service. My mom may be at peace, but I was not. Do better at a time like this. If it were up to me no more of my local Washington family members should go here.

I couldnt have gotten through this process without the help Madison Greer Woolery provided. She not only answered all of my questions and requests, she did so in the manner a family friend would. I am so grateful to Madison and Edwards.
