Tammy seemed like she had a problem with me asking questions and had a very bad attitude and lack of communication. Over the phone they tell you it's free towing within 20 miles without letting you know only if you're getting a job done $2000 and up. They scam me and charged me $176 for towing and it was only a 8 mile ride. Seem like they pick and choose who they are honest with. You are taking a chance dealing with this company I wouldn't recommend them they not honest people and will try to get over you. I couldn't wait to get my car and leave that place bad vibes. Plus me being a customer tammy tells me I couldn't sit and wait for my car to get done I'm new to the state and area so had to figure out how to get home on the bus just to come back up their on the bus for an under a hour diagnosis job. Bad customer service wasn't a nice, comfortable, friendly experience at all.

Super friendly, answered all my questions test drove my car, got the work done on the transmission flush and oil changed and checked my breaks for me in a timely manner! The communication was excellent I will be going back over and over again!!

I received excellent diagnosis and service on my Ford Ranger. I was having shifting issues, which I suspected was a hydraulics issues, but was unable to resolve myself. I got scheduled quickly for a diagnosis appointment and they confirmed it was hydraulics. They replaced the master and slave cylinders, along with the clutch after confirming it was worn. This was completed in 1.5 days of dropping off my truck. The front desk manager and the mechanics took the time to explain everything to me. My truck is shifting great now!

Tamie at desk very helpful, very knowledgeable and Jim and mechanic Paul were amazing. Cant say enough about the service and helpfulness. So very grateful.

Just hope and pray Tammy doesn't answer the phone. I don't know what her issue is with Jim (the owner) but the second I asked for him she was not having it. This place just lost a customer and I'm sure countless others
