This place is a rip off. Nothing shows me otherwise. After a full diagnosis they said it was nothing to do with a part involving my codes showing up on my trucks computer just their computer. I can't even trust the parts they get. Not one code is showing up. Nothing is showing up on computer noting is showing up.
I wasted a full day. Its even put into the stop until the afternoon.
This is not the first time this happened to me here.
I trust my gut and I don't have to do business here anymore. Everything has reset but not theirs.
All I got is double talk.
My truck is working fine.

We aim to provide honest and dependable service to every person who trusts us with their vehicle, and the safety and satisfaction of our customers is always our first priority.When you first brought your vehicle to us, you gave our team specific instructions to just replace the O2 sensor and to not perform any diagnostics. Our team honored your request and just replaced the O2 sensor without running any additional diagnostics. You later came back with the same error code, at which point our team offered to diagnose your vehicle, explaining that if we found the O2 sensor really was the cause of the error code and the part we installed was bad, we wouldn’t charge for the diagnostic service or the new O2 sensor we would install.It took some time to diagnose because it was a wiring issue, and we needed to wait for the vehicle to cool down in order to get to the bottom of the issue. We found that one of the main cables for the computer was laying across an exhaust manifold in a tight spot where it’s difficult to see. Once we were able to get the wires off of the manifold, it quit setting the codes. However, we still recommended that you have the harness opened up to verify for any internal damage to the wiring.The reason why nothing is showing up on your computer right now is because our team pulled the wire off the manifold and put it back up, and that may not reset the code. Our team made sure to communicate this to you during your visit. Because that wire had originally fallen down on the exhaust and we found it sitting and getting heated up by the exhaust during our diagnosis, we recommended fixing the wiring. Again, we are very sorry that you had anything less than a wonderful time with us, but our team did our best to provide you with a satisfactory experience—from when we first started by following your specific instructions to only replace a part and not run a diagnosis, to when we did our best to resolve the issue by having our team run a diagnosis (with your approval) when you brought your vehicle back to us after the problems weren’t resolved from the O2 sensor replacement. After having a bad experience in another shop, I gave Tvetens a try. I was happily surprised by the prompt and friendly service. From the first phone call to the complete explanation of issues, I was in good hands. They diagnosed my brake issue and easily made the replacement. They let me know how the brakes would sound and feel the first week or 2 and to bring it back if there were any problems.
The cost was half of what I usually paid. I believe they have fair prices and honest mechanics. This is my new auto repair shop for life! I will send all my friends am family there. They will take care of you!! Service: Auto brake replacement

Tacoma Subaru did a great job identifying and our 2011 Outback stalling and then fixing it with a new Torque Converter. However, when I left the dealer the car was leaking all coolant so I took it right back to find what was loose. From there, it took a month to get any response from Subaru. Their feedback was it keeps overheating and that it needed new head gaskets - for almost $5000. So we started to consider getting rid of the car. Instead, we took it to Tvetens for a 2nd opinion - and thank God we did - they confirmed through a chemical test that my head gaskets were fine! They found where some hoses werent reattached tightly and tightened them - stopping the leak for good for less than $200. I cant believe Subaru suggested an expensive head gasket job when they actually just failed to reattach my coolant system tightly. If youre not sure about anything a dealer or mechanic suggests, Id strongly recommend getting a second opinion with another mechanic - Tvetens in Lakewood was great for us. Daniel at Tvetens always took his time to explain options and considerations for us. He clearly acts in the customers best interest and doesnt try to gouge you for $ - where other shops do.
