Can't love this place enough. I tend to rate businesses with a very tough perspective. I pick nits. This place has expert people and customer service that simply does not exist anymore. It really is a big bank with a small-town feel. From the time I first signed on, they have remembered my name, they reference shared details and even helped me to become a first-time homeowner. They remember things for me, proactively AND after I have an experience that I do not prefer, they nurse me through the next possible issue, respectfully. This place is plug and play because of the people who run it, they care about doing a good job and making you feel like you all grew up together. Thank you, HomeStreet.

I think I'll go to the Federal way or even the Tacoma branch and instead of Lakewood, I had to withdraw money and it took 3 ladies to figure it out and finally even though there wasn't anyone behind me at the drive thru one of the ladies told to drive up and she'll give me my a license and money in a few. what bother me is that i can see them by the window and i don't know what they were doing just standing there and looking at me like they were judging me by my bank accounts. As a customer I make sure theres money in my a account's, never been late but felt very uncomfortable and disappointed..

Deborah is the best senior loan officer I have ever worked with. HomeStreet slogan has some true meaning when they say she's not just my banker. They are true pleasure to work with and care about their clientele. Deborah has been able to help nore than a few of my friends and family buy houses! America is Great!
