Do not use their atms I deposited $700 and the machine ate my money and didn't deposit only to have to go through hoops when the money goes into a reject box and it isn't rocket science to figure this out go inside trust me these machines are broke down every week

So I got a credit card through NFCU as my fianc had a good experience. I also opened an account with my fianc. I really liked the idea that NFCU says they will check every 30 days to see if you are eligible for a credit increase. I was initially approved for a $1000 limit. Not bad at the time. Fast forward a bit and I have never missed a payment. I have tried having a low balance, high balance, no balance, tried paying it off every month, tried leaving a balance, tried paying the min. My credit score has increased quite a bit since openening the card. In over a year no increase at all. Everytime I ask them about it I get the same response. "We can't tell you what goes into a decision for an increase check back next month." Finally I bit the bullet and did a hard pull to increase my limit and WAS DENIED! We keep an average balance of 5k-10k in our account, our household income is 120k, we just recently got approved for a brand new car 44k at 1% interest, got approved for 475k for a house, and I can't even get a credit increase from NFCU. Great card if you are repairing credit but I am convinced they do not check for increases at all. Since having my NFCU card my capital one card has gone from $300 to over $1800 yet not one increase from NFCU. Seriously considering going back to my old credit union. EDIT: Still to this day 12/02/21 I have not received a single credit increase. I have also moved my direct deposit back to my old credit union as they not only financed my brand new ram 2500 (60k) at 4% but they gave me a credit card with a 5k limit. NFCU was a severe disappointment. It's honestly a shame they are connected to servicemen and women. Dropped to 1 star as that's where it should have been to begin with. EDIT 04/03/24 Fun update. Oh wait, nothing has changed. Still not a single increase. This bank is terrible and honestly will probably be closing our account soon. I'll go to a credit union that appreciates it's customers. 0/5 stars.

I was just in the branch and received the worst customer service ever. I turned in some paperwork almost a month ago to get approved and now they said it wasn't there and that I couldn't use my POA for my brother in laws account and then they couldn't tell me why.
