Personally, I do not agree that residents are not assigned a parking in front of their apartment and have to park far away, even visitors park in front .

Came in this morning looking for a place. Was greeted by the manager Rehonna she was so helpful and pleasant. She showed me the unit she has available I absolutely love it. I will definitely be applying.

Had trouble with the website, the young lady who answered gave me easy directions to find the information I needed which I was grateful for. Other places have given such hassle when needing help navigating around so thank you

Water damage around toilet and severe gapping in floorboards when we moved in, both of which only got worse over time. Maintenance man puts useless nails in things and wrote "do not lean" in the dust on the railing. Apartment manager changes every couple of months and only communicate when it's about an issue they have with you. The laundry room is for some reason used as a food donation area, and there is a note claiming that homeless people and raccoons get in, but there is also ZERO surveillance in the area and the code to the lock wasn't changed once the entire year and a half we lived there. You are not allowed to have ANYTHING on your patio because "next thing you know they'll be drying fish on racks" (in reference to the high population of older Asian residents.) No assigned parking and visitors parking is not enforced at all.
