Wellstone at Bridgeport

Im trying my best to give this place 0 stars but Google wont let me. Its definitely not worth it at all. Youre basically overpaying for everything. I decided to move my family here for our newborns safety and got exactly the opposite. The only thing you get from this place is looks. My vehicle has been broken into twice since staying here. Ive reported everything to the management and police. The management team cant even get footage from the cameras that supposedly work great. The security that patrols at night are useless. Ive seen them leave 2 hours into their shift and never come back. No one has been in the office for damn near 2 weeks. Youd think that a gated community with overnight security and cameras would be well suited for a family. It definitely is not. If I could break the lease for free, I would. If you move here, you will more than likely regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. THEY WILL RESPOND TO YOUR REVIEW WITH A NUMBER THATS NOT EVEN IN SERVICE SO DONT BOTHER TRYING TO CALL IT !!!!!!

My family and I had an amazing experience at Wellstone. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Jessica went above and beyond for us. The complex is beautiful and well-maintained. The furnished apartments were so nice and aesthetically pleasing. Guest safety is a top priority. The fact that the complex is in a gated community made me feel so much more secure. They also have a security guard. They're very pet friendly and have special military pet policies. They offer nightly rates and short term leases. I highly recommend this place for anyone PCSing here and in between homes like we were.

Seems like they just hire anyone at the office, incompetent staff. Multiple complaint of same issues.
