Trying to move down from Redmond, Wa. After days of constant emails from Julie and paying over $100 to apply Letting her know i have Cosigners as well as more money down if credit became an issue she would not even try to approve us. She was very unprofessional. I meet all other requirements with flying stars. if people had fantastic credit we would buy homes. ive never had an experience like this.

Horrible management! Received my deposit check under my name and my ex-wife's name, even though I provided the proper documentation that we are divorced. So now I can't cash the check. They refuse to help.

TJ Guyer manages investment properties for a number of our clients. As a commercial mortgage broker, we love working with their team. The reporting quality is great and local market knowledge is the superior to any of the mgmt companies I have worked with. Their staff is also very helpful and responsive.
