I have been a patient at Dr. Smiths office for 21+ years. I have always gotten prompt fair, state of the art treatment. I had an issue one time with a mean hygienist, however the doctor and from desk staff went above and beyond to help me. Due to my work as an RN and the overtime I have been putting in, I had not been to the dentist since 2019. I called they got me in the next day found I had 2 broken teeth got me referred out to Endodontist who saw me the day after. Un-heard of swiftness in helping get me out of pain. State of the art technology to build the crowns I need same day.

They don't work on Fridays, are difficult to get an appointment with and will charge you $100 for a missed appointment. The final straw was my last interaction with the front counter staff . She was condescending, rude and left me with the impression that they have so many customers they don't need to have even marginal customer service.
